Most of my photography takes place outdoors - from big landscapes to details of patterns and textures. Architecture is an important source of inspiration, especially the shapes and colours of modern buildings.

Born and brought up in Central Scotland, I have lived on the borders of south-east London and Kent for many years. Scotland and London remain two of my favourite locations but I enjoy travelling with my camera throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.

I am a member of Beckenham Photographic Society and also Spectrum Photo Art Group.
